Purpose of the site
This site presents the services offered by LensGlint and lets you get in touch. It is not an online shop and does not process payments.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a binding engagement. Any prices or price ranges shown on the site are indicative only and are not a binding offer. An engagement begins only once a written quote has been agreed in writing by both parties, setting out scope, schedule and fee.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photographs, text, trade marks, code and design — belongs to LensGlint or to rights holders who have permitted our use of it. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Portfolio work is shown with client consent. If you are a client and want an image removed, contact us and we will remove it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its protections, transmit unlawful or abusive content through it, or use the contact form for unsolicited marketing. We may block access in cases of misuse.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We may change the content of the site or the services offered at any time.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LensGlint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
