Who we are
LensGlint is a photography, web design and SEO studio operating in Israel. For any privacy question, write to us at inquiry@lensglintsm.com.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we receive the details you entered:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The service you selected
- Your message
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and handle your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
The submission passes through our own edge server to Web3Forms, which delivers it to our inbox. Before that it is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and does not build a user profile.
Analytics and session recording
The site can use two measurement tools. Both run only after you explicitly agree:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate data about page views and how the site is used. Until you accept, consent is set to denied and nothing is stored.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recording showing how you scrolled and where you clicked. Loaded only if you choose "Accept" on the consent prompt.
What is stored on your device
The site stores a small number of local values. There are no advertising cookies.
- lg_lang — the interface language you chose, so we can send you there next time. Kept for one year.
- lg_consent_recording — your answer to the consent prompt.
- lg_first_visit and lg_visit_count — first-visit date and visit count, for measurement only.
Sharing with third parties
We rely on the following providers, each processing data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — site hosting, bot protection (Turnstile), and relaying the contact form.
- Web3Forms — delivering the form contents to our inbox.
- Google — usage measurement (only after consent).
- Microsoft — session recording (only after explicit consent).
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through the form remain in our inbox for as long as they are needed to handle the request and document the engagement. Measurement data is retained according to the policies of the providers listed above.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also change or withdraw your measurement consent at any time — clearing this site's browser data resets the choice and the prompt appears again. For any such request write to inquiry@lensglintsm.com and we will handle it within a reasonable time.
Changes to this document
If we change how information is collected, we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
